One hundred years ago, my grandfather came to Miami as a winter visitor. I loved growing up in Coral Gables, but after getting my degree at FSU, I decided to stay in Tallahassee. In 2002, I took over as Publisher of Yesterday in Florida, a print magazine subscribed to and distributed all over the state. By 2006, realizing my health and family time was suffering, I suspended subscriptiion sales. Still, my loyal readers contact me, begging me to resume publishing! Not willing to get back into the traditional print publishing and distribution nightmare, I am planning on publishing ezines and ebooks about Florida instead, and distributing fun facts, interesting articles about Florida's past, as well as rare photographs on the net. Let me know if you'd like to join my mailing list so that you too can enjoy reminiscing or learning about Florida's fascinating past as it unfolds on a daily basis. By the way, I still sell past issues, books and CD-roms from my website at
www.yesterdayinflorida.com and I am interested in hearing your unique Florida stories for future publication.
